What inspired you to join the Evaluation Lab?
I was interested when I found the position on Handshake. After researching the Lab and its work with community organizations, I became interested in the opportunity to gain experience in research and data analysis. I believe this experience would help me develop some valuable professional skills while also contributing to community research. 

How does your work with the Lab support your career goals? 
Working at the Evaluation Lab would support my long-term career goals in international affairs and public policy by strengthening my knowledge in the research process and program evaluation skills. These skills are, of course, valuable when evaluating the effectiveness of policies and programs, particularly within governing bodies.
