Currently, our document management system relies on strategically naming and locating files for future retrieval.
All documents must be named per our File Naming Convention. Facility Records ensures that compliantly named files are located within a uniform folder structure within its searchable database.
The File Search Tool is internally utilized to search files based on our File Naming Convention, limiting manual search requirements.
