Energy Management Strategic Plan

Facilities Management has developed a strategic plan that encompasses two facets of energy management.  

Facilities Management has contracted Honeywell through a competitive bid process to complete an energy audit of campus. The goal of the energy audit was to produce the data necessary to prioritize energy conservation measures. All facilities were included in the energy audit, except in cases where buildings had identical layouts and mechanical systems. Facilities Management has also conducted an assessment of all of its existing infrastructure and utilities through in-house resources and a third party engineering firm. The assessment of each utility projects out a minimum of five years. As well as assessing existing utility infrastructure, the report also makes projections for future utility expansion.
