Work Order Creation and Tracking
Bronco Fix-It is used to register and track all work orders, including fire alarm or suppression related issues on campus.
A query request is used to check the status of a Bronco Fix-It work order. Through this system, any division of campus can initiate a Bronco Fix-It request or check its status through the search Bronco Fix-It number link when desired.
Information entered into the Bronco Fix-It system creates an entered date, a building location and room number, a requester, contact person, phone number, priority number (one through four with one being most urgent) and a brief description of the needs associated with the Bronco Fix-It request. Then it gets designated and sent to the appropriate shop supervisor, trade or contractor. A separate trade designation can also be specified, such as electrical, carpentry, plumbing or fire alarm related.
Through Bronco Fix-It tracking, Bronco Fix-It can be followed from start through to its completion with a start date and completion date on the Bronco Fix-It. Also, there is a technician's comments section where pertinent information can be added that was involved in the actual work order.
