From auditor to apron, Abang Brian of MasterChef Malaysia fame is a celebrated chef, educator, food researcher, and serial entrepreneur with nearly two decades of experience in food, media, and education. Founder of The Hungry Immigrant podcast and author of seven cookbooks, including two Gourmand International Award winners, Abang Brian has dedicated his career in putting culture on the plate and community at the table.
