Dr. Jiabei Zhang, professor in the Department of Human Performance and Health Education, was recently invited as an external reviewer for evaluating the professional work of two associate professors who have applied for the promotion to full professorship. One is currently employed in the Hashemite University at Zarqa in Jordan and another is at Syracuse University in Syracuse, New York. As a distinguished scholar in the field of special (adapted) physical education, Dr. Zhang was invited as an external reviewer in his professional field six years ago. In 2009, he served as an external reviewer for evaluating the professional work of a faulty for the promotion to full professorship at the University of Utah in Salt Lake City, Utah.
