Chen Wang is an assistant professor of management at Western Michigan University’s Haworth College of Business.
Chen’s research interests primarily lie in workplace relationships and inclusion at work. Through her research, Chen strives to unpack and understand what makes people feel included in their organizations. Her research received top posters award at the Society for Industrial and Organizational Psychology Annual Conference and was recognized in the Best Paper Proceedings of the Academy of Management Annual Meeting. She published her research in Thunderbird International Business Review and Social Responsibility Journal.
Chen has taught a variety of courses including Human Resources Management, HR Analytics, Total Rewards, and Organizational Behavior. Before joining WMU, Chen received the Provost Award in recognition of her outstanding teaching at Florida International University.
