This event is held every fall and spring semester and gives you the opportunity to connect with student organizations, departments and centers in a fun, informal atmosphere. The Financial Planning Association at WMU provides you educational, networking and career opportunities. The organization's goals are to heighten awareness and understanding of financial planning in the WMU community. This group is open to all finance and personal financial planning majors and minors interested in financial services careers.

The Leadership and Business Strategy student organization is open to all WMU students. The group works with professionals within the Kalamazoo community, helping you develop a better understanding of leadership roles in professional environments. Each semester, the organization offers networking opportunities through panel discussions and presentations with professionals from different organizations as a way to help you develop leadership skills and create a fellowship with other students who share a passion to lead.
The National Association of Black Accountants (NABA) is dedicated to bridging the opportunity gap for Black business leaders in accounting, finance and entrepreneurship. Representing more than 10,000 Black business leaders, NABA helps you advance by providing education, resources and meaningful career connections. You will have opportunities to learn from alumni professionals, attend networking events and more. Regional conferences are held each year.
