Information for Families
We offer a virtual tour that explores many of WMU's academic and extracurricular opportunities and showcases our learning, living and social spaces. You can take the tour all at once or jump into whatever section interests you by using the list on the left side of the screen. You may move forward or backward using the arrow buttons, or go straight to an individual stop.
We are absolutely committed to your student’s success. We are here to answer any questions you have—via online information sessions, our contact form or any way that works for you. Our commitment is to connect with every prospective student and family personally because we know communication and access is more important than ever.
Scholarships and financial aid
Funding a college education can be a complex process where support comes from many different sources. No one knows this better than the families of students who are in the college search process.
Scholarships are an important source of college funding. The Haworth College of Business has several scholarships available and awards more than $750,000 each year. Your student will be automatically considered for business merit- and need-based scholarships when they apply to the college, which is one less step, and thankfully less paperwork! We want to make this process as simple as we can. College of business awards can be added to other scholarships from WMU and other sources.
