Please complete the following survey pertaining to the National Endowment for the Humanities summer institute "Law and Culture in Medieval England" hosted by Western Michigan University by Saturday, April 17, 2021.

We remind you:

Participants are expected to complete some readings in advance of the institute (three books, which will be sent to all participants) and a series of reading assignments (primary sources and secondary literature) during the institute and to attend all meetings and engage fully as professionals in the work, comporting themselves in accordance with our principles of civility

Those who, for any reason, do not complete the full tenure of the institute will receive a reduced stipend.

Please provide the best address(es) to which we should send documents and packages (including the three books that comprise the advance readings) pertaining to the institute (April-June). If more than one, please give inclusive dates.
Paper copies (required)
All institute materials will be available to participants digitally, and the advanced readings (three books) will be mailed to you. Would you also like paper copies of the institute reading materials mailed to you at our expense?

You are not required to be familiar with any medieval languages to participate in this institute. Nevertheless, to help us plan, we would like to know in which of these languages you would feel comfortable working with original sources during the institute (this does not mean translating).
We will be using WMU's Elearning (a version of D2L) and Webex during the institute. Please briefly describe your experience with these digital platforms.
