Deadline for service-learning awards approaching

KALAMAZOO--Nominations are due Thursday, March 15, for the 2012 Western Michigan University Service-Learning Awards, which honor faculty, students and community partners who demonstrate outstanding dedication to service-learning.

Criteria and nomination forms are available at wmich.edu/servicelearning. Anyone can make a nomination by submitting a form to @email.

Three faculty members, three students and three community members will be selected to receive a plaque and be publicly recognized during the Service-Learning Award Celebration, hosted by WMU's Office of Service-Learning, on April 12.
