Student lock-in for diversity Saturday night at rec center

Diversity workshops and more March 31-April 1.

KALAMAZOO--A diversity lock-in for Western Michigan University students will be held from 10 p.m. Saturday, March 31, to 3 a.m. Sunday, April 1, in the tennis courts of the Student Recreation Center.

Featured speaker at the lock-in will be Dr. Mark Orbe, professor of communication, and activities will include workshops sponsored by student organizations such as Cordao De Ouro, Residence Hall Association, Latino Student Alliance, and Bigger Picture Productions.

Free pizza will be provided.

Sponsors of the event include the Western Student Association, Interfraternity Council, Multicultural Greek Council and Campus Activities Board.
