Reservations due for spring employee luncheon
KALAMAZOO--Nonbargaining staff members at Western Michigan University will gather for the annual APA/PSSO Spring Awards Luncheon from 11:30 a.m. to 1:30 p.m. Thursday, May 17, in the Bernhard Center's East Ballroom.
Reservations are due Wednesday, May 9.
This year's theme is "Bronco Casino Royal." The service project is the Kalamazoo Humane Society, and the keynote speaker will be Aaron Winters, the organization's executive director.
Luncheon attendees are encouraged to make a monetary donation to the Humane Society or bring items to donate, such as food for dogs, cats, puppies and kittens; leashes; collars; paper towels; and gallon-size Ziploc bags.
The luncheon, which is primarily organized by WMU's Professional Support Staff Organization, will feature annual award presentations by PSSO and the Administrative Professional Association. The festive event will also include door prizes.
Reservations
The luncheon is open to the public and costs $5 for members of PSSO and APA and $8 for nonmembers. To make a reservation, visit the Administrative Professional Association Events page and download the luncheon flier. Complete the reservation form on the flier and return the completed form with payment by the May 9 deadline.
