Robert C. Scherzer, a former Western Michigan University staff member, died Nov. 21. He was 64.
Scherzer, of Kalamazoo, joined the WMU staff in 1987 and retired in 2010 after 23 years of service to the University. He was a laboratory manager in the Department of Physics.
A memorial service was held in Plainwell, Mich., in November.
