Registration is open for Gender and Leadership Summit
KALAMAZOO—Western Michigan University will hold its second student Gender and Leadership Summit from 11 a.m. to 4:30 p.m. Friday, Feb. 1, in the Bernhard Center.
The daylong summit for WMU students allows attendees to develop their leadership abilities by looking at leadership and gender together. The cost to attend is $10 for those registering by 5 p.m. Friday, Jan. 25, and $15 for those registering after that time through the day of the event.
In addition to a keynote speaker during a catered lunch, the summit will include three hour-long breakout sessions presented by WMU staff members, alumni and students as well as a closing discussion.

The event is being organized by Student Activities and Leadership Programs. Payment may be made at that office's main location, 223 Bernhard Center, or at the front desk of the Student Organization Center, which is located on the Bernhard Center's first floor.
