Dr. Frank Robinson, a former Western Michigan University faculty member, died Dec. 1 in Kalamazoo. He was 100.
Robinson was a WMU alumnus and joined the University as an instructor in 1944. He left for a similar position at Ohio State University in 1947 and worked at Miami (Ohio) University in 1951. He returned to WMU in 1966 to head the Department of Speech Pathology and Audiology. He left that position in 1977 to teach and do clinical work and retired in 1980.
Cremation is scheduled. Interment will take place at Columbia Cemetery, Williams County, Ohio.
A memorial service for family and friends will be held at a later date and will be announced.
In lieu of flowers, memorial gifts may be made to the Miami University Foundation, Speech Pathology and Audiology Fund, 725 E. Chestnut Street, Oxford, OH 45056. Please note in memory of Frank B. Robinson.
