Early morning robbery reported near Burnhams
KALAMAZOO, Mich.—An early morning robbery was reported near the Burnhams residence hall facility on the Western Michigan University campus Saturday, Oct. 24.
Campus public safety officials were on the scene immediately after receiving the 3 a.m. report but were not able to apprehend suspects who have been described as two teenaged males wearing hoodies. The pair was reported to have approached a male visitor and demanded his wallet.
The visitor reported seeing a weapon during the encounter. The incident was witnessed by another person.
