KALAMAZOO, Mich.—All students, faculty and staff at Western Michigan University are encouraged to participate in the online LibQUAL+ survey being conducted this month by University Libraries. The survey is available through Sunday, April 10 .

Conducted only once every three years, LibQUAL+ is an electronic survey presented by academic libraries nationwide. Comparative national data allow libraries to improve services to faculty and students whom they serve.

Those who complete the survey, which takes about 10 minutes, have the option of entering a random drawing for one of four Visa gift cards.

"I encourage students, faculty and staff to share their opinions with the libraries to help us better understand what needs improvement and how to better meet their expectations,” says Julie Garrison, dean of University Libraries.

Questions or comments can be sent to @email.
