Eleanor Rose Samson, a former Western Michigan University staff member, died April 11 in Whitehall. She was 93.
Samson joined the WMU staff in 1977 and retired in 1996 after 19 years of service to the University. She was a cashier in the WMU Bookstore.
Services and remembrances
A memorial service will be held at noon Monday, May 2, at Victory Baptist Church in Portage and at noon Tuesday, May 3, at Living Word Church in Muskegon.
