WMU Catering to showcase new services and menu

Kalamazoo, Mich.—Western Michigan University Catering will showcase its new menu during an open house from 3:30 to 5 p.m. Thursday, Jan. 19, in the Bernhard Center's updated East Ballroom.

Samplings have been developed by catering team lead chef Jeffrey Neverske, who joined WMU Catering in 2016 and has trained around the world. The updated menu will highlight three levels of service including modern favorites, new selections, gluten-friendly and vegetarian options.

Guests also are invited to visit the remodeled meeting spaces on the second floor of the Bernhard Center. Modernizations include new carpeting, updated wall finishing and bathroom renovations.

The Berhard Center's East Ballroom can hold up to 1,000 seated guests and may be booked by campus and community members. Full audio and visual support is available in all ballrooms. University fund and cost centers are accepted by WMU Catering.
