Ross Gregory, a former Western Michigan University faculty member, died Feb. 10. He was 83.
Gregory, of Kalamazoo, joined the WMU faculty in 1966 and retired in 2004 after more than 38 years of service to the University. He was a professor of history, specializing in 20th-century American history, American diplomatic history and modern East Asian history.
Services have been held, and burial took place in Central Cemetery in Portage.
