Weekly drawings to begin for campus United Way campaign

KALAMAZOO, Mich.—Western Michigan University′s campus United Way campaign to raise $200,000 is underway, and donation envelopes are being distributed to employees.

Employees who give any amount will be eligible for five weekly prize drawings beginning Friday afternoon Oct. 20. Names of eligible contributors whose pledge cards are returned to the president's office, Mail Stop 5202, by 5 p.m. Thursday, Oct. 19, will be included, and each Thursday through Nov. 16. The final drawing is Friday, Nov. 17.

Prizes

Prizes include a Discovery Flight in one of the College of Aviation's state-of-the-art simulator, valued at $300; Bronco football tickets for the Nov. 1 game versus Central Michigan University; men's basketball tickets for the Dec. 2 game versus Oakland University; WMU spirit wear and gear; a signed football by Head Football Coach Tim Lester; and Millennium dining gift cards.

Exclusions

WMU United Way Advisory Board members are not eligible for the drawings.
