Sinnie Yzenbaard, a former independent study coordinator at Western Michigan University in what is now Extended University Programs, died Sept. 12, 2017. She was 101.
Yzenbaard, of Kalamazoo, joined the staff in 1964 and retired in 1979 after 14 years of service to the University. She was a lifelong area resident.
