Todd Havener obituary

Todd Havener, a police officer in Western Michigan University's Department of Public Safety, died unexpectedly at home Aug. 9. He was 47.

Havener joined WMU's staff in 1993 and had been a member of the public safety department for more than 24 years.

Services

A visitation will be held from 1 to 3 p.m. Saturday, Sept. 8, at the Betzler Life Story Funeral Home, 6080 Stadium Drive, in Kalamazoo. A memorial service will begin at 3 p.m. at the same location, with a reception following the service.
