KALAMAZOO, Mich.—The Western Michigan University Board of Trustees will consider 2019-20 room and board rates for campus residence halls as well as capital outlay priorities for the next five years when trustees meet in formal session at 11 a.m. Wednesday in the Heritage Hall ballroom.

Other action items up for board adoption include the naming of a new apartment-style housing facility under construction in the University's South Neighborhood and two University policies—one that addresses conflicts of interest, nepotism and gifts to employees from internal and external sources, and another governing facilities and space naming.

Consent items dealing with curricular changes, personnel moves and a lease agreement round out Wednesday's agenda.
