Sexual and Gender-Based Misconduct Policy on trustees' agenda Thursday
KALAMAZOO, Mich.—The Western Michigan University Board of Trustees is set to meet at 11 a.m. Thursday, Dec. 10, and will review for approval recommended updates to the University's Sexual and Gender-Based Misconduct Policy. Trustees will convene via virtual platform with the meeting livestreamed at wmich.edu/trustees.
The other action item on Thursday's agenda is recognition for Chair James B. Bolger as trustee emeritus. Bolger, whose term ends on Dec. 31, has served on the board for six years.
In addition to the recommended actions, presentation and discussion items on the agenda cover presidential assessment, student-athlete achievement and a formal appreciation for outgoing trustees Bolger and David Behen.
