WMU Board of Trustees to meet Thursday
KALAMAZOO, Mich.—The Western Michigan University Board of Trustees is set to convene at noon on Thursday, Feb. 6, in the WMU Student Center ballroom.
The board will consider approval of the Campus Master Plan, which has been developed over the past year. With input from faculty, staff, students and the community, the plan is designed to align with WMU’s mission and Strategic Plan, addressing immediate infrastructure needs and long-term goals.
Additionally, trustees will elect board officers and consider a request to authorize the issuance of general revenue bonds. Other agenda items include the personnel report, curriculum proposals and lease agreements.
Individuals wishing to address the board during the public comment sections must email Dr. Kahler Schuemann by 5 p.m. Wednesday, Feb. 5. Access agenda items and the livestream link at wmich.edu/trustees.
