WMU Board of Trustees to meet Thursday, April 16

KALAMAZOO, Mich.—The Western Michigan University Board of Trustees will meet at noon on Thursday, April 16, in the WMU Student Center ballroom to consider several action items, including changes to the University’s Non-Discrimination and Sexual Misconduct Policies in accordance with updates in state and federal law and a Consumers Energy easement related to the Valley Oaks residence hall project.   

Also on the agenda are various academic program changes, a personnel report, and Annuity and Life Income Funds and Operating Cash Investment performance reports.

Individuals wishing to address the board during the meeting’s public comment sections must email Stacy Thinnes by 5 p.m. on Wednesday, April 15. Agenda items and the livestream link are available online.
