Mental Illness and Suicide
Suicide Prevention Program
It is a normal part of life. You can feel stress in your body when you have too much to do or when you haven’t slept well. You can also feel stress when you worry about your job, money, relationships, or a friend or family member who is ill or in crisis. Stress can make you feel run down. It can also cause your mind to race and make it hard to focus on the things you need to do.

Applied IE is newest private-sector partner in WMU BTR Park
WMU News
The move to the BTR Park allows the two-employee firm the space to grow, and an intern from WMU's College of Enginnering and Applied Sciences has already been added to the staff. Proximity to the engineering college makes that easier, Gatmaitan says. "We are lucky that the stars aligned and we could be accommodated," he says.

Global Engagement
It takes a considerable amount of planning and effort to travel, but it is so worth it. People say that they’ll go somewhere when they have more money, when they graduate, when they get a better job and so on, but there’s no sense in waiting for everything to fall together in life so that you can see the world. Life is what happens when you’re busy making other plans and it’s important to take risks and make your own opportunities now.
