Spring Into The Streets
Spring Into the Streets (SITS) and Fall Into the Streets (FITS) are WMU's annual campus-wide service events, connecting students, faculty and staff with volunteer opportunities throughout the Kalamazoo community. These events provide opportunities to support local organizations, build relationships and make a positive impact through service.
Each spring, Broncos participate in SITS, a community-wide volunteer event that connects campus with organizations making a difference throughout Kalamazoo. Volunteers work alongside community partners on projects that support education, environmental stewardship, food security, youth development and other important community initiatives.
Volunteer opportunities and site registrations are posted through ExperienceWMU. Join the Community Engaged Learning organization in ExperienceWMU and sign up for volunteer opportunity alerts to be notified as soon as events are posted.
