Lynn L. Chen-Zhang

Trustee Chen-Zhang currently holds the position of Chief Executive Officer at Zhang Financial, a leading fee-only wealth management firm in the nation. With credentials as a Certified Financial Planner (CFP®) and a certified public accountant (CPA), she has been recognized as one of the nation’s top 100 Women Financial Advisors by both Barron’s and Financial Times.

In addition to her role at Zhang Financial, Chen-Zhang serves as the treasurer of Michigan Health Endowment Fund, where she is also the chair of investment committee as well as chair of audit committee. She also contributes her expertise to Bronson Health Care Board of Directors, Kalamazoo Community Foundation Board of Directors and holds positions on several other local volunteer boards. Beyond her local engagements, Chen-Zhang plays significant roles on the Economics Advisory Council for Columbia University’s Department of Economics and is a member of Harvard University’s Committee on University Resources.

Chen-Zhang earned a Master’s degree in Accountancy from WMU, an MBA from the Kellogg School of Management at Northwestern University, and has completed an Executive Education program at Columbia University. Her dedication to financial stewardship and community involvement underscores her commitment to both professional excellence and civic leadership.
