Athletic Performance Summer Training

Training for middle and high school athletes—grades 6–12

Summer is the perfect time to for your athlete to focus on taking their game to the next level with our Athletic Performance Training Program at West Hills. Our program delivers personalized strength, speed, and sport-specific development designed to help middle and high school athletes reach their full potential. Every program is tailored to your athlete’s position, sport, and individual goals, focusing on building explosive strength and power through targeted lifts while enhancing speed, agility, sprint mechanics, and first-step quickness. 

Athletes will also improve their change-of-direction ability and overall performance with structured, progressive training. With an emphasis on injury prevention, we incorporate movement screening, mobility work, and smart load management to keep athletes healthy and competing at their best. As one athlete shared, “Dave turned my average season into my best one—total game-changer!”

Various packages are available beginning June 8 through the end of August.
