Instructional Technology Center
The Instructional Technology Center (ITC) offers in-person and virtual support to guide you through troubleshooting technological questions related to the Learning Management System (LMS), Elearning, and WMU Essential Studies (WES). We can also assist with building Elearning content for you as well as show you how to navigate Mediasite, iClicker, publisher content and any other LMS tools. The ITC has also created articles and videos related to navigating, troubleshooting, and using Elearning and other WMU-supported learning software for courses. These step-by-step resources walk you through the Learning Management System in an easy-to-follow way and should answer some of the most frequently asked questions.
