Evaluating the Seita Scholars Program, an Oct. 27 webinar
Posted by Paula M. Davis on October 22, 2020
The Urban Institute, in collaboration with Chapin Hall at the University of Chicago, is holding a webinar to discuss the results of a formative evaluation of WMU's Seita Scholars Program. Current research shows young people leaving foster care are much less likely than their peers to earn a college degree. The University's support system for degree-seeking former foster youths helps them defy the odds and complete college. The webinar will focus on Seita Scholars programming and what researchers learned about the program in their evaluation.
