Enrollment Management CRM Training

Welcome! We are happy you are here. Thank you for your interest in building your skills within the Enrollment Management CRM (Salesforce/TargetX). We are currently transitioning our skill building sessions to self-directed online learning modules, accessed through Elearning. This will allow users to learn the tool on their time, at their own pace.

All users will receive an email from the Enrollment Management Technology team after they are added to the course. New users are added to these modules following account creation. Existing users will be added over the course of the Spring 2025 semester. These modules are intended to supplement any training provided in the user's individual unit and should be referenced regularly for troubleshooting assistance.

While we will continue to offer a few live sessions each year, these will focus on refreshing the skills needed to maximize use of the tool for recruitment and yielding of new students.

As the modules are developed and/or enhanced, please continue to use the Enrollment Management CRM Resource Library and college, department, or unit team members to begin your EMCRM training journey.

On-Demand Skill Building Resources

Until the new learning modules are released, you are encouraged to explore the Enrollment Management CRM Resource Library. Users will need a Bronco Net ID and password to access. Material is organized by training PowerPoints, quick reference guides, recorded video sessions, custom processes, and more. This library is also linked on the "home" tabs in Enrollment Management CRM Salesforce.

1:1 Skill Building Sessions

After working through all the training resources available, some users benefit from through individual coaching sessions. Schedule a virtual appointment with our CRMS Project/Training Specialist. The most beneficial sessions for users occur when the participant has some working knowledge of the system. Therefore, users are expected to have completed the self-directed training modules and completed any training provided by their unit prior to scheduling an appointment. Sessions are hosted virtually to allow for screen sharing capabilities. Users are required to sign in with their Bronco NetID and password to select an available date and time.

If there are sessions not currently listed, but would be helpful for your group, please contact our CRMS Project/Training Specialist to see if a custom session would be an option.
