Enrollment Management CRM Training

There is temporary a pause in training session availability to allow for updates and project completion. Live sessions and 1:1 coaching sessions will resume in Fall 2024.

Welcome! We are happy you are here. Thank you for your interest in building your skills within the Enrollment Management CRM (Salesforce/TargetX). In Summer 2023, our team revised the way we thought about training, developing tracks by user role and offering more self-directed skill building opportunities.

Our team sought the help from skilled users in each group to inform the common competencies that guide these sessions. All new users are encouraged to enroll in our Level 1 sessions to build the shared competencies for all users.

Level 2 sessions are organized by role, offering hands-on, discussion-based sessions to work through real situations users in the role may encounter in their professional life. Just as our user’s experiences are unique to each person, no session will be completely identical. Feel free to attend these sessions as needed – you may learn something new each time! Click on the role that best fits your position for session recommendations.

Level 3 sessions are forthcoming and allow for users who have reached all competency levels to come together and work through areas that have yet to be addressed. As a group, participants will assist each other through reporting challenges, hiccups, and even prepare suggestions for future iterations of the Enrollment Management CRM. These sessions create a network of campus-wide champions that can help facilitate skill building across campus and within their own units.

On-Demand Skill Building Resources

If a guided session isn't for you or there is not a date and time that meets your scheduling needs, you are encouraged to explore the Enrollment Management CRM Resource Library. Users will need a Bronco Net ID and password to access. Material is organized by training PowerPoints, quick reference guides, recorded video sessions, custom processes, and more. This library is also linked on the "home" tabs in Enrollment Management CRM Salesforce.

L1: Basics

The Level 1: Basics session is the first introduction to using the Enrollment Management instance of Salesforce. This session will acclimate all new users to the Enrollment Management CRM, terminology, and provide tools for navigation. This session is mostly information, as it sets the stage for Level 1: Beyond Basics and is the beginning of a users' skill building journey on their path to meeting base competencies for successful use of the tool.
