STUDENT RECORD NAVIGATION
Understanding where to find information for a student takes time. Join this live, workshop style session for a facilitated guide through student records and objects. This session is ideal for frequent users of the system.
At the end of the session, the goal is for users to meet the following "intermediate" competencies: 1) locate, review, and resend email capaign broadcasts from Individual Email Results, 2) find and view enrollment history records (i.e. transcripts), 3) find and view test score records (i.e. AP, CLEP, SAT, ACT, GRE, etc.), 3) create one-off activity histories to record outreach activities, and 4) create, edit, and review tasks (i.e. open activities).

REPORTS, VIEWS, AND DASHBOARDS
There are multiple reporting, views, and dashboard sessions to meet the variety of reporting needs. Sessions are organized by recruitment reporting (to point of application), application reporting (application submission to decision), next steps/yield reporting (post-admission), and communication reporting. The base information will the same in each session, but the focus of discussion and examples will be tailored to the specific subject.
These sessions meet the competencies: 1) create, edit, and run reports and 2) create, edit, and run dashboards.
