Welcome to EM-Tech

The Office of Enrollment Management Technology (EM-Tech) administers servers for Enrollment Management file and print shares, Informatica, DemandTools, and SFTP hosting. In addition, we are the administrators of the Enrollment Management Salesforce/TargetX customer releationship management system (CRM). Support includes CRM training, support, account management, and product enhancement.

Enrollment Management CRM is the primary source of user experience during a student's college search and selection process to their first term of enrollment. The staff in EM-Tech primarily serve end users in the three campus admission units: Undergraduate Domestic Admisisons, International Admissions, and the Graduate College. Additional focus is on orientation and transition units, academic college recruiters, and faculty and staff responsible for recruitment and yield of incoming undergraduate and graduate students. 

Request or reactivate a CRM Account (Salesforce/TargetX Account)

Users must log into Enrollment Management Salesforce/TargetX at least once every six months to maintain an active status. Users are asked to reauthorize their account at least once a year to keep permisisons appropriate for user's role. Unsure of which role and permissions to request? Request CRM Support (Salesforce/TargetX Support)

Sometimes users hit road blacks and need some assistance. A case can be submitted for any issue experienced by our end users. Cases are routed to the EM-Tech staff member who can best suit you. Please allow at least two weeks for processing.

Computing Support

Computing support is provided by OIT and includes the following services:

  • Hardware, printers, copiers, and peripheral devices
  • Operating systems and software
  • Purchases of hardware/software

To request assistance from OIT, complete a Service Hub request form.
