Edward Cleland Keynote Speaker

PLAYER HEALTH AND PERFORMANCE PRESENTATION

WMU Esports welcomes keynote speaker, Edward Cleland, founder of Mind Body Esports. Cleland, a WMU alumni,  will present on Player Health and Performance. This informational event is for Esports competitors, staff, and coaches. Cleland will discuss mental health in the world of Esports and the best practices for optimal performance and/or mental clarity. He will also discuss lifestyle in how to organize and manage the daily life of a gamer, movement, nutrition, and communication when working as a team. This event will be moderated by WMU Esports Coordinator, Tavian Napier. There will be a Q & A section following the presentation and a Meet and Greet at 8 p.m.
