Strength and Conditioning – B.S.

This program is offered in-person.

The strength and conditioning concentration of WMU's exercise science program provides students with the applied scientific knowledge that it takes to design and implement strength training and conditioning programs in order to improve health and performance.

Course material includes topics such as biology, elementary physics, athletic testing and tactical training. This concentration is ideal for students interested in becoming fitness professionals such as strength and conditioning specialists and personal trainers.

What I love is that I am able to personalize the program to fit my career goals.
