Make a Difference Awards

Annual Award Information Form

During the past academic year, a number of Western Michigan University employees were selected to receive a semiannual Make a Difference award. Four of these employees will be selected to receive an annual award of $1,200 (before taxes).

Please give specific examples of why your candidate deserves to receive a Make a Difference annual award. Selection is based on the original, semiannual award nomination and any additional information received by May 31. To assure the candidate will remain anonymous, please do not use his or her name or department within the text of your comments.
