Submit completed application, $100 deposit, music teacher endorsement letter, and recorded audition by March 1, 2018. Applications will not be processed without the $100 deposit (see refund policy).
§ Endorsement letter and recorded audition may be submitted by email separately from the application and deposit to Seminar Registrar Dannielle Sturgeon at firstname.lastname@example.org.
