Fill out one application for each student.
Fill in or select the requested information. You will be asked to submit recorded audition and deposit payment of $100 at the same time as this application.
After clicking the Submit button, you will be redirected to the Shop WMU page to pay the Seminar deposit.
Submit completed application, $100 deposit and recorded audition by May 1, 2022. Applications will not be processed without the $100 deposit (see refund policy).
Recordings should be uploaded to YouTube (set to unlisted) and then linked in the application form or email. Alternatively, recorded audition may be submitted by email separately from the application and deposit to Seminar Registrar David Bernard at email@example.com.
