Fill out one application for each student.
Fill in or select the requested information. You will be asked to submit recorded audition, music teacher endorsement letter, and deposit payment of $200 at the same time as this application.
After clicking the Submit button, you will be redirected to the Shop WMU page to pay the Seminar deposit. Please pay the deposit at this time to complete your application.
Submit completed application, $200 deposit, music teacher endorsement letter, and recorded audition by March 1, 2018. Applications will not be processed without the $200 deposit (see refund policy).
§ Endorsement letter and recorded audition may be submitted by email separately from the application and deposit to Seminar Registrar Dannielle Sturgeon at email@example.com.
