Fill out one application for each student.
Fill in or select the requested information. You will be asked to submit recorded audition and deposit payment of $100 at the same time as this application.
After clicking the Submit button, you will be redirected to the Shop WMU page to pay the Seminar deposit.
Submit completed application, $100 deposit and recorded audition by May 1, 2021. Applications will not be processed without the $100 deposit (see refund policy).
Recorded audition may be submitted by email separately from the application and deposit to Seminar Registrar David Bernard at email@example.com. Recordings may also be uploaded to YouTube (set to unlisted) and then linked in the application form or email.
