Student Success Hub brings together support services from across campus into one online platform, giving Broncos the team and the tools they need to succeed.
Classes, homework, your internship, friends—life is busy right now! Save some time by visiting Student Success Hub. This tab in the goWMU portal will connect you with support services all over campus—sparing you a few texts, calls and emails. Come here when you need academic or career advice, want to better plan out your future or need some assistance navigating an issue.
How does Student Success Hub work?
In Student Success Hub, you can make an appointment and connect with your Student Success Team. Not sure who that is? It's your navigators, academic advisors and mentors from special programs and support services.
In the hub, you can:
- Make an appointment with anyone on your Student Success Team, career advisors, WMU Signature staff or navigation specialists in financial aid, wellness, multicultural affairs or belonging.
- View personalized plans to help you succeed.
- Follow-up on tasks from appointments, like filling out a scholarship application, contacting a professor, trying out different study tips or changing your major.
- Chat with live agents, advisors and Buster Bot to access the tools you need with a simple search.
Student Success Hub will also send you alerts to let you know about any roadblocks to your success, such as a delay in course registration for next semester or concerns about your well-being. Once you get an alert, the Navigator Network and your advisor will work with you to solve the problem and get back on track.
