Bronco Express is located within the Student Financial Aid office in the Faunce Student Services building on the west side of campus. We will continue our drop-in service at our new location.
Bronco Express is a response to student requests for one, convenient, year-round location to take care of everyday University business. We assist students with transactions and questions related to financial aid, making payments, student accounts and general registration information.
With no appointment needed, students can:
- Apply for financial aid or pick up appropriate forms.
- Check financial aid status.
- Make payments on accounts.
- Check account balances and receive clarification on charges.

The mission of accounts receivable is to establish a team oriented work environment which facilitates providing an excellent level of customer service for the University including using the best techniques available for billing and collecting monies.
The Registrar’s Office provides support and services for students, faculty, staff and administration. It is responsible for academic records, academic status, degree completion, academic schedule preparation, graduation auditing and more.
As the health and safety of our students and staff are top priorities, we encourage you to submit your documents electronically by scanning or taking a picture and emailing them to firstname.lastname@example.org.
Verification documents and appeals can be uploaded directly through your online Student Forms portal, accessed by clicking on the specific financial aid requirement in goWMU.
The Bronco Express drop box is located in the Bernhard Center next to the elevator on the lower level and in the Student Financial Aid lobby if you need to submit paper documents. When submitting multiple pages, please use a stapler, paper clip or envelope. Western ID Numbers (WIN) MUST be included on all documents.
For the safety of our staff, direct payments are not being received at this time. Please utilize one of the methods below. Payments left in the drop box will be processed at the end of the business day. If you have a hold that must be lifted immediately after payment, we recommend contacting Accounts Receivable at (269) 387-4141 to confirm what payment method is necessary to lift your hold, and then make your payment online.
- Online using a checking or savings account or a credit/debit card (2.85% convenience fee applies to card payments)
- Bronco Express drop box using Personal Check, Money Order or Cashier’s Check. Include WIN on envelope. NO CASH PAYMENTS!

SCHOLARSHIP CHECK SUBMISSION
Scholarship checks can be placed in the drop box or mailed to the address below. Any accompanying letters should be attached to the check. If the check is made payable to the student, the student should endorse the back of the check. Submitted checks will be processed within 1-3 business days. Please ensure the student WIN is included on the check.
