Walk-on men's soccer tryouts

KALAMAZOO—The Western Michigan University men's soccer program will hold walk-on tryouts at 9 a.m. Friday, Sept. 14, at the WMU Soccer Complex, located on Parkview Avenue.

Only current, full-time WMU students may try out for Bronco varsity athletic teams.

A physical, sickle cell test and insurance paperwork must be completed to attend the tryout session. The required physical and insurance forms are available for download at wmubroncos.com. No form is necessary for the sickle cell test. A copy of the results should be turned in with physical and proof of insurance. Physicals and sickle cell test may be done on campus at the Sindecuse Health Center or by a family physician.

Questions about the medical information should be directed to athletic trainer Jean Troiano at jean.m.troiano@wmich.edu. Other questions about the tryouts should be directed to assistant coach Kyle Schauls at kyle.j.schauls@wmich.edu.
