Longtime employees to be inducted into 25 Year Club

KALAMAZOO, Mich.—A total of 53 people, all but one who began their service to Western Michigan University in 1989, will be inducted into the 25 Year Club during a December gala honoring longtime employees.

The event, which includes dinner, begins at 5:30 p.m. Tuesday, Dec. 2, in the Bernhard Center's East Ballroom. Reservations are due Friday, Nov. 14.

The annual event honors employees who have built their careers at WMU. Invitations have been mailed to members of the club.

With the 2014 class of inductees in place, the 25 Year Club includes 471 active employees and 731 retired employees for a total of 1,202 members. The membership list is posted online at wmich.edu/hr/25yearclub.
