WMU holds several types of career-related events each year that are open to the public.

KALAMAZOO, Mich.—Western Michigan University will hold its annual Graduate and Professional School Fair from 3 to 6 p.m. Monday, Oct. 23, in the Bernhard Center's East Ballroom on the Main Campus.

The public event highlights many of the options available to those who are considering advanced study. Representatives from more than 90 graduate and professional schools and programs in Michigan as well as throughout the United States will be participating.

Attendees seeking tips on how to strengthen their application to graduate, law or medical schools may attend one of three workshops set for 3 to 4 p.m. on the second floor of the Bernhard Center, near the fair's main exhibit hall. No registration is required for the workshops.

This year's fair is being co-sponsored by WMU's Graduate College. Free parking will be available close to the Bernhard Center in Parking Structure No. 1, located at the corner of West Michigan Avenue and North Dormitory Road.
