WMU Graduate and Professional School Fair

Changes to the 2024 WMU Graduate and Professional School Fair

Starting this year, the WMU Graduate College is pursuing a different direction for our annual graduate school fair. Instead of hosting the graduate school fair, we are excited to combine efforts with the WMU Department of Career Services to promote WMU graduate school pathways through the WMU Career and Job Fairs. A separate graduate school fair will no longer be available.

This decision was based on a desire to work more closely with our WMU partner departments and eliminate event duplication (students are often weighing their options between grad school and employment), as well as in response to the dwindling student attendance at the graduate school fair.

The WMU Graduate College wishes to express our sincere gratitude to those who have attended our event throughout the years! Thank you for providing our students and guests with the crucial information they need to help inform their graduate school decisions.

What Does This Mean for WMU Academic Departments?

The WMU Graduate College is committed to helping our academic departments promote their graduate programs to WMU students! Please watch for an invitation to participate in the WMU Career and Job Fairs held on-campus.

What Does This Mean for Colleges and Universities Outside of WMU?

Non-WMU college representatives who are hiring full-time/part-time job and internship opportunities are welcome to register for the WMU Career Fairs; however, we are no longer hosting a separate event to feature your graduate programs.
