Dr. Heather McGee is an associate professor in the Department of Psychology at Western Michigan University and chair of the industrial/organizational program.
She has designed, developed and implemented organizational performance solutions in a variety of industries and settings, including autism service providers, health and human services industries, the pharmaceutical industry and education. These solutions have included performance-based instruction, performance management, behavioral systems changes and lean sigma initiatives.
McGee serves as the director of the Organizational Behavior Management Network and is a member of the editorial board of the Journal of Organizational Behavior Management.
Her interests lie in improving organizational performance through interventions based on comprehensive behavioral systems analysis.
