Fall Tutoring

Please follow these steps to enroll your child in the Fall Tutoring program:

Step 1: Fill out the pre-registration form below. Once your form is submitted, proceed to the payment form ($25 fee is due at the time of pre-registration).

Step 2: Fill out the permission/questionnaire form.

Step 3: Once your form is submitted and you receive an invoice, please proceed to the tuition fee payment.
