Meet Julio Foliaco

It was the way to make friends. " Foliaco said Foliaco played professional soccer in Colombia before attending WMU (Foliaco top right). Besides soccer, Foliaco got involved around campus and in the community by being a student employee at WMU as well as taking jobs off campus. Foliaco spent a lot of his time at WMU in the library and student center, only recently renamed the John T. Bernhard Center after the late WMU President.

Carpentier was involved with the Tech Team all fours years and worked in the Technology Department for two summers as a student technician, fixing computers and projectors, setting up computer labs, and taking inventory for various pieces of equipment. Previously, she volunteered during the summer doing essentially the same work, although she was not old enough to hold a job. Carpentier played lacrosse and was in Winter Guard. She studied abroad in London and Paris in 2016 with the school's Social Studies Department and the group Education First.

Parker Hannifin has international locations in 55 different countries. While nearly 600 WMU students study abroad every year, Litvinova's credit-bearing internship is different because she is gaining "on the job" experience. At Parker Hannifin, Litvinova works closely with project Street view of Mainz, Germany Street view of Mainz, Germany. engineers on tasks assigned to her every day, providing her with her first hands-on engineering experience.
