Dr. Scott P. Baron serves in a dual leadership role as the Senior Manager of Clinical Operations for the Unified Clinics and as the Director of Behavioral Health Services (BHS).

Dr. Baron's primary mission is to operationally support the Director's vision for a unified system of care. He works to implement key strategic initiatives, helping to build a more collaborative, efficient, and financially sustainable operation. His focus includes enhancing clinical quality across the system, supporting the implementation of data-driven performance metrics, and leading the transformation of BHS into a premier center for integrative, evidence-based psychotherapy and advanced clinical training.

A licensed clinical social worker, Dr. Baron's expertise is deepened by his doctoral work in psychology and pharmacology, which included a rich history in research and drug discovery for psychiatric medications. He also brings many years of experience as a provider and owner of a successful private practice.
